Though we are not Doctors, or scientists, we are very concerned about the Great Reset which seems to have dictated our public health response to this pandemic. We are so looking forward to shaking hands with some of our heroes there!

Will the conference be taped? Happy to pay a fee to view!

We are working on a livestream (and taped) option and should have this confirmed (with a registration tab) soon. Although we think the in-person experience will be optimal, we understand that not everybody has the time and/or financial resources to make it all the way to Cape Breton Island. Check the website (and future Substack posts) for updates. Hope you can join us virtually!

This is WONDERFUL! For those of us who (probably) won't be there but would like to donate, is there a way to do that? Thank you!

That's a very kind offer., Shelagh, thanks. While we are not accepting donations, we are working on a livestream option and should have confirmation of this very soon. We would love to see you in Baddeck, but if you can't make it in person you can support us by spreading word of the conference and/or signing up for the on-line version.

Thank you. And please report back with the outcome of this conference. Hopefully it will go a long way towards restoring some faith and trust in doctors at this point.

Thank you!

Below link shows that my invited peer-reviewed article (2020) was scored as top 5% of articles accessed as soon as it was published. However, publisher decided to RETRACT it in 2021, apparently by pressure from members of medical establishment! The article reflects aspects of our accidental discoveries established in 1980's, with a team of supportive and serious colleagues at the University of Pennsylvania and extended at NCI/NIH since 1998. It reflects my challenging efforts to promote role of inflammation in cancer research and therapy, which was initially severely opposed, denied and rejected by politicians/scientists in charge of public projects. In the last couple of decades, submitted ideas were fragmented and used by decision makers as front to collect more money from the cancer-stricken public. However, reductionist approaches to inflammation and cancer research created ongoing debates, misunderstanding and confusion of what inflammation does.

Thanks for the link. Only a glance at it so far, but it does look interesting. A must-read.

I’ve started reading this. It makes so much sense. I’ve longed believed they want to keep people sick. I also believe inflammation is the cause of so many diseases. Thanks for sharing.

I'm not a medical professional, just an ordinary member of the public, albeit with strong opinions about health and autonomy. I have never been to NS, and I feel a longing to be there just to meet & encourage some of my heroes. Do you want lay persons there or do the organizers prefer just medical pros?

Everyone is welcome! Some of the talks might require a bit of medical knowledge to be fully appreciated, but others will be more general in tone. I think a well-read layperson could potentially learn a lot and make a valuable contribution to the discussion. And as we've said on our website, one of the key things we want to accomplish with this conference is to get people together in person to share ideas, both formally and informally. Hope you can make it!
