The other half of this pair-o-docs (Chris) recently had the honour of being interviewed by Robert Kennedy Jr. on his podcast “The Defender.” Prior to COVID, I had only a vague awareness of who RFK Jr was. I knew he was an environmental lawyer and activist of some renown. I had heard accusations about him being an “anti-vaxxer” — a vague slur that has been weaponized to an astonishing extent in the past year—but I hadn’t actually read anything he’d written or listened to what he had to say.
Recently that changed when I started reading his new book “The Real Anthony Fauci,” which has become a huge international bestseller in spite of the mainstream media’s concerted attempts to ignore it. I’m about half way through and I must say it’s been a real eye-opener, prompting me to question some of my most fundamental assumptions about public health policy—and the links between the government agencies that make that policy and the pharmaceutical industry. It’s not a comfortable read, but it’s amazingly well-referenced and it certainly challenges some orthodoxies. If nothing else, it makes you think. Which is something us doctors haven’t been doing nearly enough of in recent years.
Chris and Robert had a great, wide-ranging conversation…and Chris can now claim (I’m guessing) to be the only Cape Bretoner ever to criticize the Democratic Party to a Kennedy and get away with it.

It gives me comfort that you are willing to speak such truth. Well done!
I enjoyed the interview! Also very interested in the referenced event about freedom of speech in medicine. Will be watching for details!
